Aaqib Javed and Ijaz Ahmed, who are currently the assistant coaches to Waqar Younis for the Pakistan team, are likely to be booted out from the squad for upcoming series against South Africa in UAE.
It is understood that both coaches had differences with the players during the controversial tour of England and it is also believed that performance of both coaches were below expectation.
The PCB Chairman Ijaz Butt is likely to make a formal announcement after he is back from England, following his meeting with the ECB bosses over his remark on England players being involved in match fixing in the recently concluded ODI series against Pakistan.
It has also been established that that the selection committee has developed sore relations with team coach Waqar Younis on the selection issues, as a result of which, Waqar is unlikely to be a part of any of the selection meets in the future.
Waqar Younis is also said to have developed differences with the senior players in the Pakistan cricket team during the tour of England when Pakistan lost the two Twenty20 matches against the host England.
