An illness is something no one can do anything about. But when an actor falls ill, it surely does burn a hole in the producer’s pocket.
Sonam Kapoor fell ill in the middle of her schedule for actor-turned-director Pankaj Kapur’s film Mausum, throwing the film’s shoot off track. Meanwhile, a set that had been erected in Mumbai at the cost of Rs. 75 lakh had to be eventually brought down.
Sonam and Shahid were supposed to shoot a few romantic scenes there. But Sonam took to bed with typhoid and the shoot was stalled.
Now that Sonam is well again, she will shoot for the film in Gwalior. The Mumbai schedule will he held later on.
