Due to the rift between Salman Khan and Kangana Ranaut, Kangana has been dropped out of Salman Khan’s untitled project which will be directed by Mahesh Manjrekar. She will be replaced by none other than the current lady of Sallu, his ‘Dabangg’ co-star Sonakshi Sinha.
The film will be a Hindi remake of Marathi film ‘Mee Shivajiraje Bhosle Boltoy’. According to the source, since Salman is busy with TV shows and other films, nothing has been decided yet.
A source close to the unit said, “The script is undergoing some changes. Moreover, a few other members of the cast have also been changed. Salman himself is supervising the details.”
The source added, “Another reason why Manjrekar’s film co-starring Ranaut is not Salman’s first priority at present is that Salman is going to be very busy with the TV show ‘Bigg Boss 4’ and two films, ‘Kick’ and ‘Bodyguard’. Both ‘Kick’ and ‘Bodyguard’ are very big films and Salman is not going to let his fans down.”
When contacted, a close friend of actress Kangna Ranaut said, “She really does not wish to comment on any of this.”
